Our Story
Co-owner Ron Anderson first revolutionized the industry in 1987 when he founded Star Trax Celebrity Coaches, creating custom luxury spaces for celebrities and entertainment icons. After selling the business and sailing around the world with his family, Ron was inspired to create a yacht-like estate on wheels—a mobile space that delivers high-end comfort in any location.

When the Andersons returned to the U.S., they launched Anderson Mobile Estates, introducing the world’s first two-story luxury estate. Their patented design became an instant sensation, with their first prototype—The Aspen Estate—sold to A-list actor Will Smith. Over the next two decades, the Anderson family transformed the luxury travel industry, designing estates for Hollywood productions, global tours, and high-end private clients.

In 2022, the Andersons expanded their vision with the creation of 7744 Ranch, a private luxury resort in East Austin. Nestled just minutes from downtown and the Tesla Gigafactory, the ranch offers guests the chance to “live large” in one of five custom luxury estates, each with its own unique design, amenities, and personality.
